Someone explain to me how adding a player to the frontcourt indicates that the raptors will draft another front court player?
i agree, but adding frontcourt depth doesn't indicate that they will go big in the draft. if they had rasho last season and then moved him for 2 scrubs (like SA did) then i would say "they're making room for another big guy."
happy with: Roy Gay Brewer Redick any other of the top 6 that might fall, except Morrison, didn't like him in college.
they're trading away 2 players that are taking up roster spots as Forwards. Bargnani plays/will play Forward. so that's probably what the other posters are referring to.
So is this new 'fashion' going to catch on in the US soon? Can't wait. I think they should make the soccer balls smaller in order to increase scoring.
as their roster stands and the positions players can cover: Williams pg/sf, Calderon pg/sf MoPete sg/sf, Graham sg/sf CharlieV sf/pf, Humphries pf Bosh pf/c, Nesto c, Whaley c. calderon is more of a tweener (sg) rather than being versatile. charlie's personal preference is at the 3. there's speculation they might be calling in their euro 6-6 pg. can he play 1-3 like livingston or jaric? bernie bickerstaff gave the opinion bargnani would be more suited to 3 in the nba. maybe like radmanovic? if he can cover sf, pf, and c as reported, he just seems like the best fit.
i heard a dalati update a little before garner came on with charlie but i totally forgot about it when i got home... the things i definitely remember: CD said the rockets were trying to move UP in the draft but the couple teams they're talking to are hesitant at this point. said it's difficult to project what any of the teams in front of us are going to do said it was hard to differentiate between prospects 7?-15. not sure if it was 7 though 15 but i remember fifteen. could mean he's open to trading down as well? i don't think it's anything we don't know but it was confirmation that we are definitely looking to move up. i think CD says that every single year though.
