Relievers are not notoriously fickle year to year. Relying on a hot streak over career performance is absurd. I'm talking about "hot-hand" referring to Miller. He's been doing well lately, thus last night. He has no business pitching in a tied game in the 10th inning when Wheeler and Qualls were both available.

Wandy's great start was fool's gold. I think I'd rather have Nieve and Buchholz in the rotation.

And so far, Silva providing another great example of how this team makes the crappiest of pitchers (whom they haven't faced) look Cy Young.

At least when the offense is bad, the pitching is good... this team is bipolar.

And, anybody care to look at what the White Sox are doing to St. Louis tonight? (again). Lets just be happy we're not in the American League.

That's funny. I guess he feels obligated to talk since he's got the mic. I hope Wheels comes in and sit Qualls. COME ON ADAM!!!

Dang...somehow I knew Biggio would miss that grounder, just from the way it bounced.

Why not put in Burke for Biggio, if you're going to move Burke for defense anyways.

Willy CF, Burke 2B, Wilson LF is better than Willy CF, Burke LF, Biggio 2B.... ah well, Lights Out Lidge.

    Solid win today.

well, lidge is starting to show shades of his former self more frequently now...that doesn't hurt to see.

hopefully roger dominates tomorrow to give us a serious charge.

Your statement is contradicted by statistics.

By the way, did you like Everett tonight?
