I haven't started a rap-related thread in over a year now, so here's one: What is your current favorite line in Hip Hop? What's your all time favorite? Is it your favorite because of presentation, content, or what? It doesn't have to be a one-liner, but posting the whole verse would dilute the point of emphasis, so whatever. My current favorite: Spit Your Game (Duets: The Final Chapter) Krayzie Bone "We get in 'em in a minute then we finish with 'em, hit 'em with the venom of a ***** with a sick ol' flow" Wicked presentation. Pure syllabic homicide. The mic should have seriously given out after he tore into it like that. And Twista should've passed on this track instead of getting totally eclipsed. My all time favorite was a hard choice: How Do U Want It? (All Eyez On Me) 2Pac "Tell me is it cool to ****? Did you think I come to talk - Am I a fool or what? Positions on the floor, it's like erotic - ironic, 'cause I'm somewhat psychotic. I'm hittin' switches on b****es like I've been fixed with hydraulics" It was hard to choose, so I just went with some bread and butter. You can't go wrong on an all-time scale with any 2pac lyrics, but this verse intro has been intermittently stuck in my head for over a decade now.
