So now the NBA is following the marketing lead of Arena Football by having celeb owners.

So he will be business partners with Nelly(another part owner) now?

This may mean Nelly comes out with a new pair of kicks(like G-unit) and MJ may have a upcoming Rap album

I can't imagine Michael Jordan being even remotely as obnoxious as that billionaire jocksniffer.

This is gonna ruin his reputation like when he joined the wizards. If jordan didnt go to the wizards, there would be no argument he is the best player in the NBA.

How exactly joining with Wizards has ruined his reputation as best player?

If I was MJ, I wasn't going to settle for part ownership. All(majority) or nothing.

It ruined his reputation as a Bull. Face it, Jordan was just an average player when he went to the Wizards. He was a role player.

how does what Jordan did as a Wizard ruin his reputation as a Bull?

it might be breaking news to some but despite the jaw dropping dunks, championships blah ... he was a mortal being, subject to all the effects of aging.

I am not a big Michael Jordan fan, but he really ejuvenated that Wizards franchise.

    1) He created interest and fan enthusiasm.

    2) More of their games got televised I think.

    3) He put fans in the seats.

Problem though - he made some poor player moves- trading Rip Hamilton, drafting Kwame
