I got my left ear pierced in 1985 at the age of 15. I did it myself. I was such a rebel. Then in 1988 I got the other one done. I can't remember how long I wore earrings. My ears are still done and I will one in my left ear from time to time, but not to work cause I'm a wimp. It is pretty casual here, but I don't know if I should do it. But wearing one earring is so uncool now that it's cool to me. I bought a b****in dangling skull with a moving jaw earring at the Nacogdoches Chili cook-off a few years ago. It is pretty rad. Now guys have those big earring things. Forget those. A lightning bolt is way cooler.

    Anyone else?

Never have and most likely I won't. As I get older the more foolish I would look with one.

Yep, but haven't worn any earrings since 2000, I believe. They're still there though.

I got both of mine done at a tattoo parlor in downtown San Marcos. They were both done with a needle instead of a gun since I didn't want studs in there. The first time, my best friend freshman year chickened out after I was walking around the place with a huge needle sticking out of my ear. Wuss. :)

I had my ear pierced in college. We were in New Orleans for spring break and my buddy talked me into letting him do it himself. Yes, much alcohol was involved. He rubbed an ice cube to 'numb' the ear (I was already pretty numb) and counted to 3, then jammed a safety pin in there.

I woke up the next morning with an earring. Everyone on the snare-line had done it, so we all got matching drumstick earrings. The woodwind chicks really dug it. Ah, the mammories.

I would figure you more of a having a dangling DeathStar or X-Wing ear ring.

Both ears since the early 90's. Worn them ever since. Right now I have a pair I got at Fly High Little Bunny.

I'm not sure how I avoided getting mine pierced in the 80's. I think I was too high at the time.

It used to be that both or one in the right eat was meant to show homosexuality. I think the one in the right ear may still apply but not with two.

Oh, I have had both ears pierced for years now and still wear earrings all the time. I used to have 2 in the left ear but let one close up.

Had two in both left and right lobes, 1 in top left cartilage and a small ring in left eyebrow. Finally decided to grow up and find a career around 2000 and left the bling behind. Still have the holes in the lobes but I have zero interest whatsoever in putting the bling back in.

    My ears go comando.

I have 2 holes in each ear, but I haven't worn earrings since 1999. The holes are still there, though.
