DuckKiller91, you are a myopic piss-ant. I've read several of your posts here where you talk about "our" team as if you're a Rockets fan or something. Then I read on OregonLive where you use "delusional" and ClutchCity synomynously every time you open your big fat mouth.

You're a troll. Deal with it.

Anyone feel like retiring to the West Beach?

Not exactly prime soil... I'd prefer South Padre land myself, but... Hakeem likes our brown water and tan soil, so...

Saying something over and over won't make it true. Sounds like you are the one who is "EMOTINALLY" disturbed.

Gee, if this thread evaporated into space I don't anyone would mind, would they ?

Quit with the name calling already !!

Hakeem need to start, ( upon his return),
Barkley needs to come off the bench, ( for reasons posted in another thread ),
Cato needs to finish up games.
Williams needs to come off the bench with Barkley and Drew after Dreams return. ( Might as well get him ready by sitting him down now. )

I agree with Caveman here, Rudy has to be held at least half responsibility for the Rockets' underachievement. His stubborness and rigidity has cost the Rockets a lot of games. Saying things over and over doesn't mean it's true, but telling a lie 100 times will make it true, just like what people is doing to Charles Barkley.

I don't think hakeem can be a "david robinson". Some people talk about hakeem concentrating his game solely on defense; well that ain't happening. first of all, hakeem is not that great of a shot blocker/defender anymore. He's still better than a lot of people, but he's still not that great. second of all, hakeem has too much pride to stick solely on defense.

If Hak can see an improvement wile he is out I hope he is man enough to tell Rudy T. that what the team has been doing wile he was out has worked so great that he doesn't want to disrupt it.. all he wants is to win and help the team win ! if he can do that we will be great and it will show how great Hak is !......let's hope he can do it ..swallow your pride Hak ! in the name of team play ! after all , winning is what is all about !

    Great post!
    BUT,
I bet DREAMer will have a big problem with you. He wants Hakeem to be "da man" no matter what. To him, loyalty is more important, and "Winning is not everything". Right, DREAMer? [IMG]

Rockets' biggest problem is not player talent levels, it is the coach's ineptitude.

Will, What a turncoat you are talking about Hakeem like that. You think Hakeem should have been yanked out of the starting line up, that's a joke of a statement. For a guy who does not even watch all the Rockets games you sure have a BIG opinion on matters. First off Will watch ALL the Rockets game before you can come to conclussion about yanking Hakeem not just tnt and tbs games. If you think Hakeem will ride the bench and get no shots you know little about basketball bro. I guess you also feel that Bryce Drew should start because the Rockets won the last 2 games. I understand you dont like Hakeem but keep your personal feelings out of this.

Mantronix, Will happens to be an administrator for a good reason. He consistently posts thoughtful remarks on the board and doesn't dip down into the shlock that seems to infect 95% of the the internet's free speech. I wouldn't say that he knows nothing about basketball.

Thanks for defending me, Doctor Robert, but alas, everything mantronix says is true. I'm a turncoat. I haven't seen a Rockets game in years. I have too many ignorant opinions. I've never liked Hakeem. I said he should be yanked out of the starting lineup. I said he should get no shots. I said Drew should start. I said the Knicks would go to the finals last year. I drew up Teresa Witherspoon's full-court bank shot against the Comets. I was Bob Barr's secret conduit in the Toronto talks. I'm 6'6", blond, and can bench 400 pounds. I've never liked my mother, and sometimes when I'm in the shower, I think about Karl Malone.

Anything else you'd like to add?

Matronix: Dude, Hakeem hasn't played as well as Cato or Barkley. He's been a liability on the court. Until he accepts his new role, he shouldn't start. Even then, one cannot have Dream and Barkley on the court... I pick Barkley for his rebounding/assists.

Wasn't mantronix the same guy who started a long thread entitled, "I am sick of Francis and his game!!" [or something idiotic to that extent.] I think he lost pretty much all of his credibility as a poster after that remark.
