Since the finals are here, what are the best fan made signs that you can remember seeing during an NBA game? Mine was game 6 of the finals, Bulls vs Jazz on a sunday (i knew it was sunday but im not sure if it was game 6) I beleive it was an elimination game for the Jazz and a Bull fan had the "Mail Man Doesnt Deliver on Sunday" sign. Ofcourse, the Jazz lost That one for some reason has always stuck out in my head.
Wasn't at the game but I saw a sign for game 5 in dallas after the game, behind the TNT crew, that read: "Bend over the Suns and take it up the Nash" LOL.
Jim Rome's been talkin about how a few years back the Tigers were in danger of having the worst record in the history of baseball. It was the last weekend of the season on a homestand, and a fan had a sign that read "Not in our house!"
it was a Monday Night Football game and the Oilers were playing. i don't remember against who but Moon was hurt at the time. There was a sign that read, "When the Moon is down, Carlson will shine!" i thought that was brilliant.
I saw a sign during Inside the NBA after Game 5 (Mavs/Suns) that read: "Barkley Don't Eat Kenny" or something like that.
i remember this sign from when i went to game 4 last year versus the mavs. It was something like this: + =
a few years back during the kings/mavs semifinals there was a dallas fan who had a sign that said "Even the kings cant hang with our 7 foot Wang!" Wang ZhiZhi was on the mavs at the time. I saw it and could not stop laughing because the commentators said something like "and yes wang is going to be a big factor in this game"
Not from an NBA game, but this one made me laugh out loud. At Texas vs Texas A&M Basketball this year: Is LaMarcus spanish for "The Marcus"?
i think these signs are pretty self-explanatory: http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/photo?slug=57470483ng004_nuggets_clipp&prov=Getty Images http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/photo?slug=57470483ng005_nuggets_clipp&prov=Getty Images
I'll admit, I was nervous googling for this one. I got lucky though and only got the pic I was looking for.
LMAO!!! That reminds me of the one I saw in the background while watching College Gameday a couple years ago: Everyone Smoke Pot Now
Is there a reason a Duke fan has a sign for his own player with ridiculous spelled with a "dick", or is that an homage to Duke Vitale?
Okay, this is an A-Train post, so I'm not sure how to proceed here. Should I go ahead and point out the obvious, or is A-Train being deliberately r****ded? Guess I should hedge my bets and tread carefully. Response #1: Ha ha! I'm not falling for your ruse! You can't goad me! Response #2: Dude, J.J.'s last name is Redick. Figure it out.
