The rocket red league is standard fantasy points league, but just for the heck of it I tried calculating Roto points for that league, and damn what a difference it made. Here is a rundown of the leagues roto-points from 1-10 as the standings is today in fp. 100 points is max, 55 average. Muresan 72 (Extremely well for all but TO, PF and FT%) Space City 56.5 (Leads assists, most TO) Mobley 57 (around average+, low in steals (2)) Phantom 57 (more average 3-8) Heath 60.5 (over average for all but 3pt, ast and ft% (all 2) - leads fg%) PandaByte 44 (2nd best in Blk, worst fg% and in foultrouble) Luck 54 (6 of 10 just below avg, good shooting, leads ft%) H. Fauj 54.5 (2nd in ast, stl and pf takes this team to average) XXXXX 44.5 (probably the worst team in the league) H. Stevies 50 (team with no GM for the full season is not close to average - worst in 5 categories as no input from injured players hurt - still respectable with 2nd best 3pt and ft% - also get backs a lot of lost points from not having games in categories like TO and PF as they not suprisingly lead the league here) A part from Muresan being even more over the top here it is pretty close. And if we had played roto - everything would have been different. I think it could have been cool to see how we had played this season as a roto-league when you have to consider all aspects of a player. Could this have brought out more trades? Anyone with ideas as I have never played Roto? ------------------ We can reach our destination, but it's still a ways away.
