I'm thinking about it. $120 sounds about right. My only concern is that all my files are in aac and i'm not sure i want to convert.
convert them to ogg. they sound better than any format besides direct cd. i can burn you a copy of easy cd file converter and send that with the mp3 player please let me know before sunday, because im going to be putting this thing on ebay.

the remote does everything navigates through menus, adjust eq's, starts voice recorder, displays lyrics, ect
