    I heard the guy might start for Duke next year. Do you think he has what it takes to be successful?

    Guy can shoot but he is no Trajan Langdon, NBA? Yeah I think so, probably 1st round. Hopefully the guy stays a while because he needs it. He will be better than TJ Ford in no time.

    I've seen Ewing play 3 times and I still haven't thought that highly of him...

    TJ Ford is much better than Ewing... Skill-wise and athletically...

    I think most of Ewing's success coems from having a great PG like Ford setting him up on the break and in half court...

    Ford's game is very similar to that of Jason Kidd's... In that he's in the pure-PG mode, and can score when needed...

    I hope Ewing sits on the bench and rots for 4 years at Duke. I also hope that Ronnie Courtney can't recruit as well as he did at Willowridge and gets fired in the near future.

    I'm a student at Klein Forest HS and if it weren't for Ronnie Courtney recruiting everybody and their brother to play on that ****** team, we would probably have been the state champions last year. TJ should have stayed in Baytown, Curtis Walker at Eisenhower, Ivan McFarlin at whatever private school he was at and I can't remember who came from where, but one guy came from a Fort Bend school and another possibly from Jones. I'll e-mail Nile Murry and ask him who came from which school because he told me once and what I remember for sure is that only 1 of those guys was a legit willowridge student and I believe it was Kenny Taylor.

    I'll get back to this topic later.

    We have a Golden Eagle here. Clutch and others along with me are products of the BEST Klein school. Ewing will not be a starter but will be in some type of rotation that Duke has next year.

    Oh I was just asking because I just talked to Dan Ewing and he told me that Coach K said he was starting over Duhon. Coach K said he needed a spark off the bench and Duhon was it (sort of how Mobley used to be). I didn't believe him, but he kept reassuring me that he was starting.

    It will be interesting to see how Coach K uses him. Remember, Jason Williams is a great PG that can set him up just like Ford. He also told me he hopes he can go to the NBA in 2 years.

    BGM - I live in The Thicket even though I go to KF. Do you live around me?? You are right, outside of baseball, where you guys recruit like Willowridge, nobody does care at KO, except for those FFA competitions of course. [​IMG]

    Stevierebel - From that tone of voice, I take it that you went to my archrival school??? If Clutch went there too, I don't know if I can still be a member of this site. I'll have to do some soul-searching.

    Why are Klein kids so damn cocky about EVERYTHING??? It gets really annoying. Yall aren't the best and the brightest like you think you are and you're not better than every other high school in the state.

    For those of you that don't know, a Klein sports team is typically composed of a few transfers who are really good and a bunch of white guys that actually lived in the Klein attendance zone for more than their high school careers. Josh Barfield, Ryan Frazier, the soccer goalie from this year that was the Chronicle's player of the year, Josh Mize and probably others were all transfers. Treeo Gibson went to 2 differnet intermediate schools in 7th and 8th grade. What's up with that?

    In my 3 years at KF, we've had 1 guy move in from another school for athletic purposes. We run an honest athletic program at our school. Can yall say that?????????

    Who cares about little league, errrrrr I mean Klein ISD HS sports?

    After being in the band for 4 years and having to watch horrible HS football, I think Klein, Klein Forest, AND Klein Oak all suck. Since we're in TX the only HS sport that matters, is football, and Klein ISD sucks at that.

    You guys can brag all you want about your T-ball team, it doesn't matter in the big picture.

    BAH!

    The Klein Oak grad has spoken...

    The worst games were the one's involving the other Klein teams, I swear it's like they were running around with mittens on their hands. Oh well, I never really paid much attention to the games when I was there.

    Last year, when yall played us for Homecoming, KO was up 14-13 at halftime and our coaches and players were irate and ticked. Needless to say, we kicked your @$$ in the 2nd half. [​IMG]

    I have gone o the State BB playoffs for years so I have seen a lot of the Willowridge crew and altough they are great High School players and look like they will be great college players they just look too immature to be going to the NBA soon ( although they probably will) However Kedrick Perkins looks like he should skip his senior year in high scool to enter the draft.
