Im taking my relative car shopping in a few days and these are the only two vehicles Im actively pushing. Their not rich and this will be the first vehicle in their family. Her budget is $15k and she wants a vehicle thats fuel efficient and reliable. Both of these fit the glove, but I dont really know of any pro/cons of either vehicle. When I take them vehicle shopping, this will be my chance to check out both of the "new" budget lines from toyo/honda and I'll also get to check out the 07 Camry.

As for me, Im torn between the 07 Camry XLE V6 w/navi or 07 IS250 w sports/navi. I think the camry doesn't have hid as an option which is important to me.

Scion tC (Scion is one of Toyota's branches.) It's very attractive - reliable and has a lot of standard features. It's around 16K. You might want to take a look at it.

Mazda 3. Another very good choice. It's very cheap and great deal for the price. The Mazda 3 would be what I suggest you go for - if you don't like the Scion.

Also maybe the 2007 Toyota Camry... I find those attractive - but it might be out of the price range. Not sure.

But out of the Toyota Yaris and Honda Fit - I guess I'd choose the Honda Fit. Personal perference.

    Too common. :)

    I'd past on that.

I say why not... Go for a Ferrari F430. Now that will turn heads. :D

What about the Toyota Matrix/Pontiac Vibe?

The Honda Fit is in high demand and not likely to be discounted much.

Go with the Honda Fit. It has more versatility because of the "magic seats." That alone would make me get the car if i was in the market. It's all about the refresh mode!!! I would love to be able to put my feet up on the chair and recline while watching a great movie on the laptop. You can even plug in the sound into the car, and watch the movie with decent sound.

I can't recommend which one but I find the commercials for both very annoying.
