How about keeping all three and trying this combination:

    Woods
    Jefferson
    trading #23 for a coupla 2nd rounders

then going for Cisse and Ken Johnson

Nope. I'm not a chick. Why would that matter?

I was merely tossing ideas out there.

YOU must be a chick, right?

The problem with your idea is that we would end up with too many young, clueless players and not enough NBA caliber starters. Check out the resulting 12 man roster:
    C- Cato, Collier, Woods
    PF-Bullard, Kenny Thomas
    SF-Langhi, Jefferson
    SG-Mobley, W.Williams
    PG-Francis, Moochie
    +
    Ken Johnson
    Ousmane Cisse

Okay, that's actually 13 players!! Too many.
All of those players would be guaranteed contracts (except this year's 2nd rounders, whom I would assume that we would sign anyway since we drafted them). We would essentially be giving up Hakeem, Mo Taylor, and Shandon to get Cisse and Ken Johnson. Not a good swap. That also doesn't take Carlos Rogers or Sean Colson into the equation.

If Bull is our starting 4 we have a pretty bad team. I really think we should draft R. Jefferson. How many 5s does this team need...we need an athletic 3 and some depth at the 4. I a perfect world I'd pick Rod White or K. Brown.

NY and Chicago are possible teams for the second round.
