Would Radmanovic start over Langhi? Just out of curiosity. Not that I care about my monicker or post count or anything [IMG]. On any normal team, I'd say he would. The guy can supposedly hang with Shane Battier, can shoot, pass, and play D. But Rudy does have issues with loyalty and paying dues...

I would love Radmanovic... he's actually the reason I'm on Crisco's side of the bet. He looks attainable, and appears to be a terrific compliment to our current team.

    #13 Radmanovic
    #18 Haywood
    #23 Haston

I will be PISSED if this is the way the draft carries out. Woods was available for the #18 and #23 pick, but Katz seems to think that the Rockets will pass on him. WHY? Doesn't make any sense to me! Radmanovic and Haston play the same position and let us not forget that we still have Langhi!!!

    I hope Katz is wrong!

    Isn't Haston a 4?

Did anyone see that Katz said the Rockets are hoping that Joe Johnson falls to 13? Maybe this is the guy the Rockets are really targeting, I'm just hoping that the Rad-man is not the pick. I'm still mad at being burned by Turksan.

What is happening with Woods? His draft projection from one week to the next is top9 to top 25. is his back really this much a concern?

I'm still mad at being burned by Turksan.

Would you care to point out their similarities, other than the fact that they're both European?

The cases are completely different. Turkcan was an off-the-wall pick that nobody expected, based on an exceptional workout he had with Houston. I don't remember reading extremely complimentary things about him before the draft.

Radmanovic... EVERYONE is raving about him. The guy's holding his own against Shane Battier, and impressing the heck out of everyone he works out with. He's also a better physical specimen than Turkcan ever was. So, how are they similar?

It bothers you that Houston got burned by Turkcan... but not Bryce Drew? Does the Tractor Traylor incident bug you at all? Stanley Roberts?

Yes, Turkcan was a bad pick. But the ratio of foreign players who HAVE worked out to those that haven't is very good, it seems.

The ESPN Mock Draft looks great except for Haston. If the Rockets keep all 3 picks, I think they should draft Cisse.

Katz's mock draft was totally bizarre. Picking Haywood over Woods? And since when has Omar Cook slipped so much? I don't think Katz even had him in the first round.

haven- Remember that Radmonivic did not become highly regarded until his workout with Houston. It gets out that he had one good workout and just like that every likes him just because he's European and he may the the next Nowitski or Peja.

The mock overall is somewhat questionable (like Boston taking SFs Gasol AND Brown or Hunter before Woods and Haywood), but the projected Rockets' picks looks good if everything holds. With all the rumors it appears a lot of teams want to trade picks though.

Uhh..no. What got Radmonovic noticed was a private workout for 24 coaches in Chicago. He's also worked out for alot of teams and done really well everywhere he's been.
