No, it's "pita gora suichi" suichi probably means switch, but maybe one of our more Japanese members could help me out on the pitagora. I suspect it's just the name of the erector type set of materials this is built with.
According to Wikipedia, pitagora souchi means Pythagorean Machine, which I guess is what they call these Rube Goldberg machine type deals. There's another one, no idea if you guys like Youtube or not but, but esta aqui. A really cool one too, is here, if just for the commentary alone.
