    You've got to throw out Olajuwon and Ewing, they earned their money in past performances and their contracts are up. Jayson Williams salary still counted against the cap but I don't think NJ actually had to pay him. I'm not sure what the deal is with Manning's 6.8 mil but for my choice's:
    #7 Chris Dudleap @6.2 mil
    #6 Greg Oferten @5+
    #5 Shawn Badley @8.5
    #4 Average Johnson @8
    #3 Penny Hardlyplay @10
    #2 Bryant "Big Nuthin" Reeves @10.1
    #1 Shawn Unkempt @11.7 (but that isn't that bad when you figure it by the pound)
