Seeing as how Rockets have 3 picks (if they keep all 3), it would make sense to me to take a flyer on a player like ousmane cisse. His potential, in my opinion, is too great to pass up if he is available at that pick. There is always room on the Rockets roster for an all hustle, rebounder who isnt looked at to score more than clean up baskets.
