Considering Bob Jones still had anti mixed race couple rules on the books just a few years ago, I think there is still quite a long road ahead.

 

When did gay become a race or gender? I thought homosexual sex and premarital sex were acts.

female isn't a race either, but that hasn't stopped people from descriminating against them.

Pre-marital and homosexual sex are acts. Being homosexual isn't, and it is something that is descriminated against.

Wouldabeen, religion is a protected class so I would have a problem with a school that excluded Christians.

These Baptist schools would be better off regulating premarital sex and dropping the homosexual stuff. Then when a gay student has sex, they can throw the book at him.
