They didnt play really well but they were the 2 leading scorers. Props to clutch for the prayer.... I think it helped greatly.

We're 8th... Celts have a worst record than us.

Memphis,Denver and San Antonio are far better than us. Without Yao we probably won't win any of them.

    YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!!!

This is the lottery race's version of the 1980 US Olympic hockey team knocking off the Soviets, Buster Douglas flattening Mike Tyson or NC State beating UH. All tankers will aspire to this loss as the unthinkable and the unimaginable -- losing at home to 5 NBDL drunks off the streets of Minnesota.

Don't forget this moment: The Rockets "Player of the Game" had 6 points! That's how low it is right now. Blowing a 15 point 2nd half lead to the sorry T-Wolves who didn't have KG, Ricky Davis or McCants. Not even Troy Hudson.

I only watched the last 3 minutes. Sickening. Poor excuse for NBA basketball.

It aint over yet. JVG will find a way for the team to tank the rest of the games but still have it look competive out there.

Me, too. I have to hand it to JVG. When it looked like a loss was not possible, he pulled Howard who had hit four straight shots and was starting to heat up. Of course JVG was trying to win, but still you have to appreciate a key substitution like that.

Phew!! almost a heart breaking win.

omg, this is awesome, I had written this off as a win.

If the rox can somehow get to 7, then they could set themselves up to get a good player who slides past for whatever reason(reaching, character concerns, whatever).

Unfortunately I think we will win 1 of our next 3. This team is too unpredictable.

I second that!! This squad does not stand a chance to win one of those games.

If only JVG would wise up and put out a lineup of:

    Lampe
    Bowen
    Head
    Swift
    Hayes

    On a sidenote:

Les should replace Clyde with JB. JB had some funny moments tonight.

    --

"David and I started a movie club at the beginning of the season. I quit after I found out he didn't like Caddyshack."

    --

    Bill:

"This team looked great in their first game, everything looked great, and you finished with 24 points."

    JB:

"I should've retired right there. I've always wanted to average 20 points a year."

    Clyde:

    "What's the closest you've gotten?"

    JB"

    "9"

I don't want to deal with someone that has character concerns. We have swift for that.
