   ok i now if you call a time out and you don't have one thats is a t. and a f.t. for the other team. and when your on D. you can't call a time out but the suns tryed why is that not a t????

   Because on the play I believe you are talking about the official incorrectly gave the ball to the Suns. They called a Timeout, and then the officials huddled and got the call right.
