Wouldn't that also work for 1:00 PM and not just in the morning of that day also? You might of just posted 1:00 AM because it occurs first.

Most of the world also does Day/Month/Year, so this would also occur on May 4th as well as April 5th.
i don't know about that. the way america's education system is these days, kids probably need to carry a calculator to be able to subtract 12 from 18 to know it's 6 pm.
America has to do everything different because it shows how insanely cool we are. We are like the idiot cool kids in high school that did stupid **** just to stand out. Everyone uses the metric system so we have to use standard. Everyone uses a 24 hour time system, we use a 12 hour. It's insane some of the dumb crap that we do backwards.
