As I think Oliepere stated in a previous threat on the Rockets have a way to analyse basketball draft choices. The way they are selected depends over a scrutinous analysis of growth, talent, maturity, etc. Thus a lot of times eliminating some of the more talented high schoolers, freshmen, and some softmores!!!!

Should Rudy lower the standards for potential?

Therefore, would Rudy have drafted Miles last year if he'd been available at the 9th spot?

The Rockets were supposed high on Miles last offseason, but so were the teams before them in the draft.

The extremely high ceiling HSers (like Chandler) should be long gone before the Rocks pick, but if they are still there I think Rudy and CD would take the chance, especially since they will have two first round picks.

I think it is 3 first round picks.

    Their own.
    The Milwakee pick.

    And

    The orlando pick via Dallas!
