Charlotte has scheduled a 4:30 p.m. ET news conference for today, in which the 6-foot-10 freshman will discuss his basketball future. White, an Associated Press honorable mention all-America and ESPN.com National Freshman of the Year, led the nation's freshmen with an 18.7 scoring average. He led the 49ers to the NCAA Tournament second round and the Conference USA Tournament title. He became the first freshman in league history to win C-USA Tournament MVP honors. A first team all-Conference USA choice, White was also named the Conference USA Freshman of the Year.
