The Bowen haters should be delighted; Flyin' Ryan hasn't been on the court all night.

I wish Deke was getting more minutes tonight, but I guess it's about as necessary as a tack hammer at a demolition site.

I figured that might've been premature even as I was typing it.

Doesn't bother me none; I like Flyin' Ryan.

Despite how much i want rocket to go up in terms of draft. It's good to see that rox finally has a big win!

I also think that Bogan and Head are keepers. We should make Swift a starter and give Hayes more time to play instead of just garbage time. We need to trial our bench players NOW otherwise how are we gonna choose who should stay for next season?

We don't need him to leave it all in the court. We need him to have consistent games like this all year next year. He's looking might good with Yao at his side.

Never fear; there are eleven more opportunities for the Rockets to accumulate ping pong balls.

It seems that Bogans, Head, Chuck, Stro, and Frahm are all keepers. Bogans is a great bench player, Head could be a good starting SG by next season, Chuck and Stro bring energy and hopefully Stro will be starting next year, and Frahm will be our next Jon Barry.

part of stromile's problem is that he doesn't play hard every night. not only his low bball IQ, but his weak motor. consistency comes from consistent effort, if he played hard every night, and "left it all out on the floor," he would be the consistent force the rox need.

Last 28 secs, The Sea calles a regular time-out. 5 secs after, a bad pass, then game ended. If I were the coach, this would have driven me crazy.

I think it's too early at this stage to determine whether Stro is a keeper or not. He is talented but as other ppl suggested: he isn't consistent and he doesn't give me the feeling of wanting to win and putting it all out there. Maybe another PF with greater determination is better for us next year

It's hard to judge a player in just 4 minutes but how did Lampe look like out there?

A white Euro player without outside shot is worthless?

Seems to be a trigger machine and was one of the reasons why their scrubs outscored ours in the last quarter ;) :D

He did own the paint with his singular uncontested totally wide open layup though.

    -G'day-

dude. his last 7 or so games...check his stats.

he's been consistent, but it depends on what you want to see.

    i don't mind what he's putting up.

I dunno about keeping all of them. Honestly, I like the progress of Head and with a season under his belt, he'll definitely improve to become a more consistent player for our team. He still needs to work on his defense though.

Tonight's game is no indication of how our scrubs will do in a "real" game, especially against heavies like Dallas, San Antonio, Detroit, and our personal favorite the Phoenix. Like the commentators often say, Stro is good for two or three ESPN highlights and nothing more. His jump shots are still too inconsistent and he relies heavily on his under the basket moves. Chuck has slowly turned into a black Bowen, a player that hustles and does all the garbage work during garbage minutes. If he's got no jump shot, he's basically expendable for next season. As for Frahm, well, let's just say he ain't no Barry. Otherwise, he wouldn't be playing in the Philippines.

Finally, I like Bogans and his energy. He can create some offense and make a few 3s. The only knock I have on him is that he needs to work on his passing. If he can get that down, he would make a good backup for TMAC next season.
