http://youtube.com/watch?v=8CL2hetqpfg http://youtube.com/watch?v=3APJA0EedSE Like "Snakes on a plane" the title is pretty self explanatory. I'm not easily freaked out, but this thing is seriously gross. The second video is especially jarring. Watching that little guy running for his life was kind of sad.
Damnit, why are all the interesting videos posted on youtube.com now? That site is blocked at my work.
Would it help if the video was embedded in another site? Or does your firewall block the IP address completely? Try this: http://www.cynical-c.com/archives/004745.html
You can see the video along with a mantis eating a mouse at uselessjunk.com too. But I would assume theyd block that site too.
No Kidding. If I ever saw one of those things, and was carrying some sort of weapon, it'd be dead in .0002 seconds.
i hated how the guy pushed the mouse into the centipede with the feather. ****...that's a nasty ass pet to have.
Mmm delicious. They are found in Missouri, Louisiana, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona and Northern Mexico. Last but not least TEXAS. In fact the first item that came up when I searched for giant centipede was an article about how they are found in the Devil's River area which is where I camped over spring break. Those things are sick looking I'm glad I never came across one.
The centipede is nasty. Whould would want that kind of pet. I would find a large boot and stomp that thing. Its like having a roach for a pet - whats the fun in that?
Oddly enough, for no reason whatsoever I decided to click on the link, and IT WORKED. That was pretty gruesome. That bug looks like it is straight out of the island in King Kong. Yech.
yeah the first one wasnt that bad... the 2nd one p!ssed me off.. thats not even fair.. atleast let him EARN his meal.. (if thats how dropping a mouse in a tank is justified)... he saw centipede struggling so he pushed the mouse... -_-
That made me think about the recent King Kong. Damn, that scene with all the giant bugs made me squirm in my seat.
