All of SNL's Celebrity Jeopardy skits

Also, every SNL skit that had Christopher Walken in it (especially The Continental).

Can't say it's a classic but one of my favorites.
It was Alec Baldwin playing a ex-pornstar trying to run a regular business and he ends up humping everyone.
His p*rn name was Count MonsterRod Von Hugenstein. :D

Sorry, but "cowbell" is easily the most overrated POS skit in sketch comedy history. I can't even listen to "Don't Fear the Reaper" anymore, because I think of that skit every time it comes on the radio...

Best skit ever was Kenny Rogers Jackass on Mad TV...

Baldwin's "Schweaty balls" is the one time I was watching SNL and started crying because I was laughing so hard.

That's a close second for me. Spade & Applegate start losing it and it just keeps getting better. Farley was such a funny guy. Another favorite of mine is when they try to fly him from the newsdesk and it doesn't work and he has to go off script, "I HAVE A WEIGHT PROBLEM!" Best Improv Ever.
