Moiso will be available, in my opinion. But it's also possible that Prysbilla or even Mihm could drop to #8. Do you think that Cleveland is so set on the Greek center that they wouldn't take Prysbilla if he's available? Of course, trades can change all that. My take at the moment for the top 10 is Martin Swift Fizer Mihm Miles Miller Alexander Prysbilla * Rockets #9 So the guys left of interest to us are: Johnson Tsakalidis Moiso If Cleveland takes Tsakalidis, then Prysbilla is on the board, and we'd want to take him and then deal him to Portland for Jermaine Oneal and their #28, where we could possibly pick up Ernest Brown, Hanno Mottola, Soumaila Samake, JaRon Rush, Mark Madsen or Chris Porter. There are a number of teams who would love to trade up to us to get our pick, since the top guards will probably still be on the board. Prysbilla, Tsakalidis, Johnson, Crawford, Barkley, Cleeves, Stephenson and even Moiso would be considered very valuable to some other teams, who might give us considerable value that would meet needs better than who we could pick. If Miles, Miller or Johnson are gone, I think we should consider a trade to other teams who have needs to fill. ------------------ the more I know, the more I know I don't know...
Is Jermaine + a late 1st (Brown or Samake or etc) better than Moiso alone? Trade exception $$$$ would be spent also to make this deal work. Mango ------------------ Eat more spinach! Live long and prosper! Donate blood! Smeg will be assimilated. Now...back to updating The Serious Police Files.
Also consider Olumide as well. I bet anyone that we'll pick eather him, Moiso or Johnson. ------------------ I'm tha hip hop attracta, rapper slash acta, right back at cha!
Mango-I've pondered that question, and it's a wash, but using the exception makes it not worth it. I'm wondering what it'd take to acquire Clark or Lafrentz from Denver... ------------------ The more lefties on your team, the better. Trade or bench Kenny Thomas.
http://espn.go.com/nba/draft00/s/dailydose/0624.html Barkley wasn't invited to the Green Room grr.... Read #5. It means the Greek team would allow Tsakalidis to play. He'd have to pay 950K of the buyout, but, if he's drafted, he'll make over a million his first year. His agent can pretty easily work out a loan. I think it's a done deal, which is good news for us, since it'd assure that the 3 centers, and 3 PFs are drafted, meaning that if Miles and Miller or Alexander are the 2 other people drafted top 8, Dermarr and Moiso will both be avilable ------------------ The more lefties on your team, the better. Trade or bench Kenny Thomas.
