Even if he got another couple of points, they would have still lost. The guards have to make some open shots. When Yao was double and tripple teamed, especially in the 4th quarter, but we saw again and again, the guy received the pass either bricked an open shot, or gave up the shot and sent an ugly pass to another open player, who bricked as well. I guess TMac is feeling for the big man now, coz he had that feeling in Orlando.

Juwon and Head don't know how to pass to Yao without hesitation :(

Even with all the losing, watching Yao drop 30 and 13 everynight is tons of fun. It is painful to watch the guards go brain dead in the 4th, and stop feeding the monster in the middle, but otherwise, I love watching Yao abuse everyone!

The lost are due to JVG stubborn. He insist Yao only play post and download no matter whether he is double or triple. Then let our bricklayer do their work. what JVG should do it change the offense around, have SS play download and Yao shoot the face up 15 foot jumper and mixed it up with post up. I can't imagine he do worst than our bricklayer. But no, JVG only have one playbook and his offense is so predictable. That's it folks, we really need a coach who are more creative.

I might be wrong, but the Rocks haven't been blown out in many games this year, even with all the injuries.

It seems like just one or perhaps two sharp-shooting specialists could have salvaged the season for us.

I think Yao was trying to help his teamates develop their shots. He can surely break some of those double/triple teams, but at this time of season (almost over), what's the point of doing that? Why not helping his teamates ready for next year?

Actually, Head played well this game, and Bogans played OK. It's RA who sucks bad, despite his assist nmbers.

I would like to see Head being played, and developed more at PG, the guy is really undersized at 2 anyway.

With our current team, Yao will get doubled and tripled as long as he's within 18 feet of the basket. I'd rather Yao attempt to create something down low with a double team than try to shoot a low percentage 15-footer over two defenders on every possession

Besides, it's not like Swift has an amazing low-post game. Elton Brand would completely abuse Swift on the defensive end if Swift ever tried to post him up.

Rafer is better than Tony Parker in every way except shooting. So stop b****ing and focus on the positive. Look at his assist number, forget his shooting percentage, turnovers and the fact that he got lit up again on D.

It's sad, but the only reason I am watching the games now is because of Yao.

Right now we may be the most inept team in the NBA and usually any exceptional player can get 25 to 30 on a bad team because some of those points are just given to them. But it's the opposite for Yao.

Yao's game tonight was pretty normal these days, but the guy is just getting mauled even after the outcome has been decided IMO.

Luther is showing his game now and it's looking pretty good. I don't expect consistency from him yet, but he's still a ray of hope.

Rafer's entire game has looked gun-shy lately and I've been fine with him until the last couple of games. He really looked clueless tonight.

Did everyone notice Yao's #PF this game? it's ZERO. When was the last time he got no foul?
