Does anyone know a good over the counter teeth whitening system that actually works? I tried those Crest Strips and they were just a mess. They kept falling off.
I use Arm&Hammer Advanced Whitening Toothpaste (Baking Soda&Peroxide) about $3 a tube...works awesome! I think you should give it a try, you'll notice by the end of the week.
between using a sonicare, and different toothpastes that are approved by the ADA. and using the crest whitestrips my teeth are really really white. although i dont smoke or hardly ever drink soda so i guess that helps.
The first time I used Crest Whitestrips was amazing, my teeth were really white. However, they haven't worked as well the last 2 times I have used them.
Yeah, I'm sure they work but they're really uncomfortable and they always seem to fall out of place. I heard something about a system that has a mouthpiece (like a football mouthpiece) that molds to your teeth the first time you use it, but I can't remember what it's called.
Ya, I think it shines a UV light or something onto your teeth. I saw it on a infomercial and at Bed Bath and Beyond, I wonder if it works.
go to the dentist, and get your teeth washed and cleaned. after that, get crest or aquafresh tooth paste with whitening, and use listerine (sp) everyday.
This worked wonders for me. Noticeable difference after a few days, and significantly whiter in just a week. http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100213&navAction=jump&navCount=1&id=prod357305 You can get it at Walgreen's, as the link would suggest.
I used the Rembradt strips. Yeah they worked but the lower ones only do like the front 6 teeth so only half of them get white. I have a big smile so it sucks to have the front gleeming white and the others not so white. I may just pay 2 two bills and get a mold made at the dentsit.
You have to be careful when using these whitening agents since they will whiten but also make your teeth more likely to stain until your enamel recovers.
