He looks really good - 6'11 220ish, great athleticism, only a soph, has decent handles, runs the floor, plays above the rim on defense. Didn't see his outside shot too often, didn't need it.

does lsu even care if they win or lose this game?

after a&m puts a 12-0 run on them, they throw up a terrible 3 and then nobody even bothers to attempt to get back as a&m throws it to a wide open guy for 3, and then on the next trip down davis just throws a soft pass right to the a&m guy for an easy breakaway layup. it's like it's just a walk through for them after they got up big early.

Some ugly/cheap/dumb fouls against A&M are really hurting. We all knew once A&M got an officiating crew that called it tight, they would probably be in trouble. We adjusted a lot better than I thought we would. I just hope JJ can somehow play 10-15 minutes in the second half. Carter is going to have to light it up in the 2nd half.

    Gig Em Aggies!

Great job by the Aggies ... Way overachieved and far exceeded my expectations with the talent on the team. Can't wait for next season with the recruiting class coming in. For now, I am satisfied with A&M just being relevant in the basketball world. That is not something I could say when I went to school there.

If the Longhorns play with half the heart this A&M team played with, they should go a long way with all the talent they have.

Ah yes, the Texas State kid/t-shirt longhorn rooting against A&M. How comical.

the whole tshirt **** is getting old, and it really isn't offensive because i'm not a tshirt fan. i was rooting against a&m because i simply don't like them, because most (not all) of their fans are jerks like you, who get upset because they don't understand that somebody could DARE root against them. get over it, not everyone is going to want your team to win.

congrats on the great season, and by the way you can thank texas state for your coach who is the sole reason that you even recognized that a&m has a basketball program.

Who cares if u think the t-shirt sip rag is getting old; if u don't like it, maybe u should STFU.

I understand there are teams that people don't like, hell, I hope like hell that the sips go down tomorrow and that lsu can now burn in hell and get beat by duke, but the difference is I'm not on some website trying to instigate ****, like you.

Yeah, Billy Clyde did get his degree from Southwest Texas, he could have gotten it anywhere as a matter of fact and he would still be a damn good coach, so eventhough u don't like the aggies, u can still beat your chest that our coach got his degree there. Hell, I'm getting my masters there, so when I'm successful, u can beat on your chest about that too.

I guess you will be hating Aggies more b/c our coach and basketball program are definately on the upswing and it is likely the NCAA tourney will be a continual thing for us...but at least u can live vicariously through the longhorns since u don't have much of a team to cheer for in San Marcos.

All he did was voice his pleasure about a team he doesn't like getting beat. If you can't handle this:

Then you have quite possibly the thinnest skin on this board.

    Signed,
Loud and proud "t-shirt" fan who actually rooted for the Aggies yesterday (even though post like yours make me wish I had not).

Please do not think that that one drunk guy represents the rest of the aggies. I appreciate all others who rooted for us in that game yesterday. That team was special and it was tough to see them play so hard and get beat. They were a great group of guys who worked hard for a special coach. I hope we have continued success, but I won't take offense to someone who roots against us. Thats what makes sports great, its all about loving your team and hating whoever the opponent is.

DC regional is killing me; I have just as many losses there (5) as I do in the other 3 regions combined.

Kansas is gonna end up being the death of my bracket...had them in the final four (it was a toss-up between them and pitt for me...so if pitt loses today i won't feel so bad, cuz neither of them could get by bradley).

however, my minneapolis region is MONEY (nothing wrong yet) and my choice of LSU to win it all could be my saving grace if they get by duke. it's an all or nothing pick. i either have a great chance of winning it all if they do or everybody else stomps me because they all have duke.

what a sore freakin' loser. my god man, you proved my point exactly WHY i DON'T root for the aggies.

and you better hope you can keep billy gillespie there. don't be so naive to think when the big programs (like indiana) have coaching turnover they don't come looking at billy g., and offer him more money than a&m could ever think of offering a basketball coach. i'm not trying to instigate anything by that comment, just think about it for a second. can texas a&m REALLY offer as much money and prestige as say an indiana for its basketball coach?

and what's wrong with being proud that billy CHOSE to go to SWT and graduate from there? sorry that i have pride in the success of our alumni, i guess you don't care when someone that graduated from (or had something to do with) a&m goes onto succeed.

and i don't live vicariously through the longhorns success, i do root for them and wish them the best, but so freakin' what? it's not like i go to texas state vs. texas events and throw on the burnt orange....i'm extremely loyal to texas state and have more pride than you could ever imagine in my school. i'm not questioning your loyalty to a&m, so why are you questioning mine to texas state?

and i guess i didn't have much to cheer for when texas state beat a&m in baseball a few weeks back, or back in the fall when we damn near beat your mighty big 12 school as a Div. 1-AA school in football.

Thanks again for proving my reasoning why i don't like texas a&m. it's jackasses like you who give a bad name to the rest of the aggies who are actually nice, proud, and gracious individuals.

On a completely different note, Bradley managed to mess up things even more. The MVC is wrecking havoc.
