    The Rockets are close to adding guard Richie Frahm to fill the roster spot opened when the team waived Gerald Fitch on Monday.

    The Minnesota Timberwolves released Frahm in part so he could get a chance to play with the Rockets. He had fallen out of the Timberwolves' rotation behind Trenton Hassell, Ricky Davis and Rashad McCants and has not played since Feb. 11.

    Frahm is considered the sort of perimeter shooter the Rockets have lacked in recent weeks, but he also has struggled this season, averaging 2.6 points in 25 games and making 36.9 percent of his shots, including 31.3 percent of his 3-pointers

    Yep. You were talking about bring him over and give him a try earlier today. May be JVG is watching this board. ;)

    Anyway, it is a low risk move and he can’t do worse than any other active Rockets guards.

    Its called an empty roster spot and a poor perimeter shooting team..

    My question to you is: Why Second guess this move?

    I've honestly never heard of this Frahm guy before.

    But obviously, he's the missing piece to our championship team here.

    I would rather have kept Stephen Graham...out of all the guys that have run through here this year, he had the look of a player that will be in the NBA for a long time.
