So I get the paper today. Daily News (coulda been Post, I forgot). The doing a feature on St Patricks Day Parade. Side article about how there's lots of underage drinking at these celebrations. The accompanying picture for the article shows bunch of underage kids with the caption about them drinking during the parade. One problem, the picture showed an upskirt of one of the underage girls lying down. Her panties were on display for everyone to see. Classic.
