before you start talking about houston rocket players not named yao without
brains, why don't you make use of that glob of meat in your skull and make a contribution to the tipjar.

I don't think it was the intent of the original poster/thread starter to imply that Yao would be better off with another team.

The thread starter was just pointing out the fact that we need a better supporting cast around our big 2 and tis on the owners/management to make that happen in any way possible. My .02 cents.

    No...

If T-Mac is healthy, he should be scoring 27+

If Yao is the same as he is now, he should be scoring 24+ with around 12ish boards.

Tracy McGrady will still be the leader of this team. He'll still have the ball in the clutch. He'll still going to make it happen. Let Yao work in the 1st and part of the 2nd/3rd and let T-Mac have his way in the 4th. Let's not forget that when the ball comes to T-Mac, he doesn't always shoot it...

All in all, we need a better supporting cast if we want to be a championship team.

Amazing you notice this. I mean, does Rockets management know?

Maybe Bowen and Juwan can step it up :)

both Yao and Tmac need to score as much as they can while making their teammates better....and they can also make each other better too.

but if Yao's play is permanent like recently and he continues to get better and better....i think yao should be the man because he is more efficient than Tmac and can draw a lot of fouls and now has a better free throwing percentage than Tmac, around 82-83%.....and can get teammates wide open shots. it is like how Shaq was the main man instead of Kobe during their championship years...

I think it is time Yao Ming be the main man in Houston now considering his recent play and will likely to be even better and better because he is so dedicated and works hard and because of Tmac's back problems too......

we better be careful with Tmac and try to prolong his career. I see Kobe Bryant going to wear out pretty soon because Kobe spends so much energy physically now.

I guess from the game thread and any other thread, you are the only YOH left so far in the site.
