I totally agree with everything Skip Bayless is saying. Why is he a puss? Because he thinks Mihm is a bust waiting to happen. I think he is right on when he says that Krause is kidding himself when he thinks Will Perdue made a huge impact on the Bulls. Mihm is way better than Perdue, but it's the same type of situation. The Bulls need a great scoring guard, not a tall center who gets pushed around by opposition. If I remember correctly Mihm was sick when UT played LSU and he got pushed around by Swift. That's excusable even to Michael Jordan to not show up in a game when sick but the real superstars go out and drop 37 on the Utah Jazz in the NBA Finals, not get pushed around. Not that anybody can do what Michael Jordan did, but Kenyon Martin would've showed more heart in my opinion or Swift or Fizer than Mihm did. Hell, my boy Eduardo even torched Texas twice in big games for 27 and 31 and not to mention 16 and 9 on the boards and yall think he sucks(I agree that he is probably a role player in the NBA, but he shows more heart and desire than Mihm). Well then what does that make Mihm? I'll go ahead and say I'm pumping up Eduardo, but what I'm trying to say is Mihm doesn't have the heart or desire than say Fizer or Swift or Martin or even Eduardo. And I'm not saying Eduardo should go in the lottery, he is a second round pick.

Interesting article....Darius Miles will show in 5 years he is the best player in this draft? Hmm, interesting indeed.

As for Mihm, I did not know he came from such a rich background. But I still think he will be a serviceable player, a good player even. I don't think he will be a star by any means.

My biggest gripe with him seems to be everyone else's too. Sometimes he seems to play with a lack of desire. Not sure why, but he does. I will be anxious to see what he can do after a full training camp. Stay tuned.

In that game agains LSU, not only did he have the flu and lose 12 pounds, his grandmother also passed away earlier in the week.

Granted, he is not the most physical of players and isnt' a little punk showboat. But that doesn't mean that he can not be impact player. For instance...when was the last time you saw Hakeem drive one home and then go screaming like a maniac in some dudes face. When he posterized The Mermaid, did he get in his face and tell him how bad he was??? Some players just aren't that way. Mihm is that way. He's there to do his job. Can he match up pound for pound against Shaq or Zo...hell no, but he might be able to work on otherways to use them.

I don't really appreciate Bayless' implication that rich or well-to-do individuals won't have the character traits necessary to win that players from poor backgrounds would have. But then, I've been in Chicago 7 years now and have never once agreed with anything he's said.

    Right on SooneRockStro!

I sure as hell hope Mihm goes 1st cause we havne't had a Yinka Dare in a while.. wait, did he play for the Nets?? haha

Najera SHOULD go in the lottery, he is awesome.. but will be a 2nd round to late 1st round pick.

If the Rockets pick him up at 38 it would be a steal, raping the draft!

I personally think Mihm will eventually round out into a solid, but not spectacular 18-10 guy, which would end up being fine career numbers. As for Skip Bayless, well, he sounds like an idiot to me. I really dont understand the people in Chicago, for some reason they all hate Jerry Krause. I mean, Jerry, go ahead and bring your city 6 rings in 8 years and then, when the team breaks apart (now some poeple will say this is Krause's fault but with the retireing of Jordan it was inevitable, or else thay would have become the Utah JAzz of the East) feel free to begin rebuilding the team and do a good job of it. I mean give Krause some slack. The Bulls are rebuilding quickly. I dont personally think Pryzbilla will ever be better than Mihm (the next Bill Walton-cmon) but who knows.

    Najera lottery?

    sarcasm?

    Mihm goes in top 4
    Martin top 2
    Swift and Fizer top 6
    Pryzbilla top 10

    That's 5 big men already
    Alexander goes before him
Dermarr and Miller are skilled SFs that go before him.

If you want heart, go with Mateen (not lottery but better than Najera) more heart more skills

He's not even the best player from and Oklahoma college. Mason

Miles, Mo pete, Richardson will produce better than him.

Maybe Gabe has a chance if Najera is lottery.
