Resident Evil 4, which i gotta say AMAZING. I didnt think a current gen game could look and play this good. I actually just picked up a copy of this game as well which I plan on starting later this week.

It's got some good stuff - you'll have the guys who don't know much about gaming dismissing it completely, usually with the 13-year old 'it suxx lolol' - but it was good hardware.

Nintendo has really left it out in the cold, however, and are already looking to the future. With the DS raking in money, and their focus on the Revolution, there hasn't been much of anything released Gamecube wise lately.

Yeah I got a GC, just because I like Zelda. I have only played Zelda, Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, Rouge Leader II, and currently am playing Prince of Persia. Ill wait for the prices go down on RE but I will play it eventually.

I'd easily buy a Gamecube for Mario Strikers and Mario Kart if I didn't already have a 360 that I can't play as often as I would like. Damn you social life all to hell!

Yea, GC has a decent lineup, but uncomparable to the Xbox or PS2.

I've pretty much got the cream of the crop with Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, RE4, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, StarFox Adventures, and Smash Bros Melee.

I also happened to think that the GC controller is by far greater than the PS2 controller and the S-controller for the Xbox.

I like the GameCube controller over the PS2 and first XBox controllers, but I simply love the 360 controller... best controller I've ever used.

That's a screenshot from Echoes

I have four games: Prime 2, Twin Snakes, Rogue Leader and Ikaruga. Have played and beaten Metroid Prime and Mario Kart as well. Couldn't beat Viewtiful Joe though, that's one tough game.

I hear RE4 is really good, but I haven't had much of an itch to play; I got tired of the RE franchise after 2.

Im happy with my GC. I bought it mainly because of Zelda, but there are some fun games on it. The hardware is really nice and the controler is good as well.

yeah i was tired also. which is why i didnt play all those spin offs. but 4 is pretty amazing. much more free roaming, less puzzle, more action. i had to read quite a bit of reviews to convince myself. lol and yeah it is echoes.

    I LOVE my Cube!!!

Didn't get it until Fall 2004 though so I'm still catching up. So far I've only beaten Pikmin and Mario Sunshine (not all 120 shines though). For the life of me I cannot defeat the Bowser robot at the end of Luigi's Mansion and I still have three or four characters to unlock in SSBM.

I'm trying to be patient and go through one game at a time to really appreciate them all. I've got Metroid Prime, Cel-da, Tales of Symphonia, Eternal Darkness, and Prince of Persia waiting to get called off the bench.

The Cube WWE games are excellent as well and have IMHO the funnest multiplayer of any wrestling games this generation.

GC kicks ass. I still play Mario kart: DD all the time. One of the most replayable games ever IMO (But what MK game isn't?).
