Help please I can't delete a file on my desktop. I don't know how it got there but when I try to delete it says

"cannot delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk"

I did a virus scan, ran lavasoft and spybot and nothing came up. I tried MoveOnBoot but it is still there. I don't know what it is.

    It's titled CAXGKFL1.

    Under its properties it says

    Type of file: file
    Opens with: it's blank
    Location: desktop
    Size: 0 bytes
    Size on disk: 0 bytes
    Created: it's blank
    Modified: it's blank
    Accessed: it's blank

Anyone know what it is and what I can do?

you may need to change its attributes through c prompt, it may have an attrib selected that keeps you from deleting it

    OR

you may need to go into safe mode to delete it
