How do our 2nd rounders from last year measure up to the guys available this year?

This is my first year really following the draft, and I’d be interested if someone could enlighten me as to how well thought of Tyronne Washington and Venson Hamilton were coming out last year. How would they measure up to the N’Diayes, the Smiths, the Samakes, and the other centers who could be available for us to pick up this year in the second round? Tyronne Washington was taken ahead of the 76ers’ McCullough, so he must have had something going for him. Just curious, thanks.
