We are currently 8 1/2 games behind the best record in the entire NBA. We are currently 4 1/2 games behind the 8th seed of the Western Conference. I think that's a pretty DAMN rosy picture if you ask me! At 5-11, you'd think we're lottery bound, but realistically with all of our close losses and HUGE potential...I think we still have a very good chance at making the playoffs this season. Yes we have a relatively big oportunity this month on improving on our record and maybe even go .500 , we are not out of it by all means ! it just depends how the guys do in the next couple of weeks w/Hak out of the line up for a wile . I personally think we are going to see a rockets team that kinda will remind us of the (hate to say this) Nicks of last yr. Run , Run , Run !!!!!!!

I think we will be able to make 8th seed. Seattle will cool off. They started last year off really well, but then they eventually fell to 8th seed and then out of the playoff picture.
