There's little reason to blame on TMAC. He may not be a harda$$ like AI or Kobe but he's a great player. I think most fans are just frustrated for this situation.

If we have somebody injured and requires 2 months rest, fine, just take it. And the team make adjustment for these 2 months till he come back healthy. But what if 2 months later he's still not sure to be healthy? Another 2 months? Or how long? What if he may feel hurt anytime? How can you plan for this situation?

So far none of the Rockets including TMAC himself can (or would) make a long term outlook on his back injury which hurts him and the team so badly. It's OK to have problem, but really sucks when you don't have solution.

Recentely I've heard hundreds of "hope TMAC get back ...", "if TMAC returns ...", "once we have a 90% TMAC back we are ...." It's not TMAC's fault at all, but I'm just very concerned that we have to say this over and over in the coming 5 years.

To be fair, Yao got torn to shreds during that 0 - 8 stretch. Now TMac is getting his. Hell, he'd get ripped a lot more if the Rockets are losing.

This BBS just can't seem to not rip either one or the other.

Dont forget the JVGOF as well....hehe

I always thought ripping on Yao was unfair, and I feel the same in this case.

Now DA, different story. At least the agendas are being exposed.

Ditto. I always thought it was incredibly annoying that all those "trade Yao" thread would pop up whenever Yao couldn't lead the team to wins without T-Mac earlier in the season.

But hey, I guess it's healthy for fans to find a scapegoat every once in a while for whatever is ailing the team.

damn i learn something new everyday. back problems are considered minor. i would rather break both of my legs and arms than have back problems. and acl's can be repaired.

oh and t-mac isn't signed for 7 years, his contract is up after the 2009-10 season.
