KG also with back to back 20+ rebound games :D
Too bad only his Boston teammates helped him.

Or, you could say the Rockets made some big-time adjustments on the defensive end (which they did), and the T-wolves didn't. They thought they could do the same stuff that had been working throughout the game... its also probably a reason (the lack of adjustment capability by their coach) why they have so much trouble closing out games.

Great job Yao, he continues to step up, watching him evolve since he came back from injury has been great.

Exactly so. I was exaggerating a little, but it's unacceptable for a team that wants to go to the playoffs (or any team) to shoot 56% from the line. That too, in the clutch. Anyways, good win. Stro played well, so did Brunson. Yao is the definition of beast, I looked it up in the dictionary just now. :)

I'l'l tell you one thing, I don't want to be in the Twolves locker room after tonight's game. To suck so bad on your home floor in the final quarter is not good.

Don't know if anyone noticed. Yao set a career high tonight...

    He shot 24 FGAs!

Its amazing what a full off-season of rest, and missing an additional 6 weeks during the season, will do for one's stamina.

Yao never looks tired anymore... that exhausted/winded expression that he would often give was pretty annoying to see in the the 1st quarter of games the last 3 years.

I just hope that he can SUSTAIN this to end the season... he's had these small spurts of greatness before (albeit, this year they've been multiple, and of longer duration)... if he ends the season like this, he WILL be a MVP candidate next year.

Man, just watching how Yao evolved proves what MJ once said about how the game is 70% mental...how true.

If Yao is not on steroids, he will win the league MVP next season. He is just playing on a ridiculous level right now.

He has flat out become a monster and the Rockets have no chance but to be Yao's team.

If TMac regains his old form next year, watch out!
