We have to give an unprotected 1st rounder to the Grizz in 1 of the next 3 years. Which probably means the 2002 draft. The Pistons have to give us an unprotected 1st rounder of theirs by 2002 also. If they make the playoffs this years they might consider cutting their losses and giving it to us which would give us the 14th or 15th pick this year. I personally hope they don't make the playoffs and keep it this year and then lose Grant Hill to free agency gauranteeing us a good lotto pick in 2001 or 2002 even though the Pistons play in a pathetic Eastern Conference. Orlando I believe can give us any 1st round pick from anywhere it wants in the next 4 years and the Magic have lots of other teams owing them picks. My bet is we won't have to wait but a year to recieve it and it will be a late(21-29) first-rounder that they and we probably don't want anyway.
