Look like Clips have their man, if they get a top pick like they should, we can trade up now.

*We get top 3 player we want

*They get Barkley that they need at our pick
not to mention something extra for trading down.

Wouldnt they just go after a power forward instead?

Mo taylor is leaving and thats the best thing to do is get Martin or Fizer.

    Good Point. However, ...

Well if they want Odom to stay, they will listen to him and sign Mo and Anderson. Basically this leaves only a PG hole and Barkley can fill that. Not to mention pick up some depth along the way.

god I hope you're right rf34. b/c that will be the only thing that saves us this next year. in fact, from now on all of my replies/new posts will be that exact message:

My one concern: is Eric Barkley a top 10 pick? Earlier it sounded like people were placing him in the teens.

Achebe-earlier people went with a lot of underclassmen high, who have mostly either said that they're ALLEGEDLY staying, or their stock has dropped (Quentin Richardson....once a candidate for the #1 pick, now probably around 13.)

Barkley is the best PG in the draft, the only other one that's close would be Keyon Dooling, but he's still staying in school.

Now, you forgot about something else: The Knicks want him too.

What if we were able to pry away Mr. Camby in exchange for our pick? Maybe our pick+Bryce Drew for Marcus Camby+scrub?

Mo Taylor will not resign with the Clips. He and his agents have made statements about that throughout the year. The Clips would be better off signing a proven PG and drafting a PF or SF.

CAMBY??? that's the same as if CRogers were never hurt or emotionally traumatized. Trade those two and see if you notice the difference... probably not.
