Well if we don't make the playoff this year, we will get a lottery pick, but we will not get someone as good as Chuck who we will lose due to retirement at the end of this year, which mean that next year will be as bad or worse than this year, then we might get another lottery pick, but we will also lose the Dream due to retirement, so again we won't do any better than this year. but finally the year after we will be okay. this year and the next two years should be a building years were we give the young players lots of playing time. Yikes! I hope for better than that. But perhaps I am not a realistic person. I think Rudy and Carroll are pretty good about getting good trades and free agents but I guess we are all kind of tired of the change of personnel every year trying to go for the big one right then. Rebuilding over years when you are used to being a good team is kind of hard too but maybe necessary.
