Let me preface my statement by saying that last night was a great win, and Stevie really stepped up and showed the Griz a thing or 2 about being a big time player. How sad is it when I am thrilled about a come from behind in the closing seconds to tie, OT victory over the Griz. That being said, I have seen a lot more heart from this team in the past few games. A 4-5 game winning streak would be just what the doctor ordered to turn this crap around.
While I agree with you how the mighty Rockets have fallen (to borrow something of a cliche), I think this was more about Francis over Vancouver. At least it was for me. The thought of the kid keeping his composure, staying calm, and exploding with a performance such as the one last night just reinforces the opinion he will be a superstar in this league. ------------------ Rocket fuel pumps through these veins...
