yea the 3 point contest was bull****. cant mavs ever get anything without cheating. and what was with Cuban and his headset? was he threatening the NBA or something if one of his mavs didnt win? next year, there should be no mavs allowed in any event. i bet dirk could win the dunk contest if he entered it, just cuz Cuban would find a way to have him cheat, and then EVERYONE overlook it. i hate the mavs.

Good idea, but can't happen; rules are your attempts end once the ball goes in the basket, so technically the 3-pointer would count as the "dunk".

I hope the Houston fans let Dirk know how they feel tomorrow night.

Just got back from the Toyota Center. Had a good time. I was in Section 403 which was the section that would have won a Sony PSP if Chris Paul would have won the obstacle course. It would have included NBA 2006 with it too. Oh well. At least the tickets were free.
Can you believe they were $150 bucks for section 403? Crapola.

sure the little man has a nice vertical, but it's hard to argue that he had more than that.

let's just say that spud won it again.

OMG! Look how high Nate was in those pictures?! He jumped over a standing Spud Webb and didn't touch him (that's 67 inches in height right there).

    Amazing

Well, he has an amazing vertical but it's not like his feet cleared Spudd. I wonder what his vertical was on that jump.

Damn! I did not know Andrei Bocelli was gonna perform on the NBA all star game yesterday. Otherwise, I would have watched it!

Anyway, he is gonna perform again at the closing ceremonies for the Olympics next week in Torin.
