IF Tmac averages 35 Minutes plus per game, what is left?

Bogans is our only player other than Tmac who can penetrate the paint and get a layup. Rafer does that only if the paint is unguarded, and Wesley does that only with the hope of getting fouled.

Not necessarily. Although Bogans come off the bench to Give TMac a rest, doesn't mean that they can't play together for an extended period of time. These are swingmen that can play 2 positions. However, if both are started, then you run into a whole new set of trouble (fouls, fatigue, etc.) As long as they don't both come into the game at the same time, there should be plenty of ways to rotate them with 2 positions with another player or two. It's always great to have depth.

    Bogans can play 2 positions.

Defensively, he can cover many smaller, athletic SFs such as Lebron, Kobe, Melo and Hamilton.

Offensively, he'd probably play a lot of 2 guard since he's only 6'5". Bogans won't get too many shots off over Lebron, Kobe, Melo and Hamilton. ;)

I got my first close up look at Bogans at the NY game, and the physical resemblance was striking.

I've like Bogans since watching him run with T-mac during his rookie year. For some reason his demeanor and the way his shot looks on the court really remind me of chauncy billups (in no way am i comparing the two players talent wise)

On the offensive end he has found his shot, but I do not like his overall decision making and can't stand how it takes him till mid second quarter to get into games. His defense is olid but he fouls on foolish plays gambles in situations where Yao is in position to block shots and quite frankly if Westly was not hitting his shots and his contract as good as he is overall his turnovers shot selection at times and his hack a player attitude on defense he would already be traded and don't be too shock to see him packing his bags (for a more consistent 2 guard who can get to the free throw line) with Derek Anderson while his stock is high.

I believe bogans is gonna flourish on this team. he was counted on to do too much in charlotte. he was in orlando also right? that dude is a player, just not a go to player. he's a perfect role player. and he's young. this was a brilliant move.

Now we are arguing about starting positions. It's good, means we have deep bench :D
