I saw this healine on ESPN.com, but it's an "insider" and I don't have access to it. Anyone has access to ESPN Insider that could copy and paste the article here?
It's from the Chronicle. "With Allen Iverson's four-game absence inspiring a debate on whether the 76ers' reliance on Iverson had run its course, Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy was happy to weigh in. "I was reading about how Philly may be getting tired of Iverson, that maybe that's why they may be getting less people here," Van Gundy said before the game. "If that's so, I too am getting tired of him, and if he could sit out tonight it would be wonderful. ... It doesn't compute how he can continue to compete at that high a level. That goes to competitive greatness." http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/3640887.html
Oh, ok, so basically it was a sarcastic comment by JVG? If so, ESPN Insider is misleading its readers to try and sucker people into a subscription.
FYI: While ESPN Insider does have some great info, those "intelligence" reports are nothing more than them posting news that's already been reported in all of the local papers in each NBA city. So whenever you see an intelligence report that mentions the Rockets, it's most likely taken straight from the Chronicle. It's almost the same with their trade rumors. Only reports made by their regular columnists, with a by-line, have insider info (if any).
its not big deal... I couldnt email you either through here...lol akey@ardenrealty.com... anytime man
