I was wondering if its possible to stream 610AM directly from Windows Media Player instead of going through that registration page all the time and then launching the embedded player? I am asking because I want to be able to listen to 610 on my Pocket PC device but I am having 2 problems: 1. Everytime I go to the 610 website I keep getting a message that Flash is required even though its already installed (but thats not a big deal) 2. After going through the registration form for the streaming it says that the page is not compatible with the browser/OS I am using. I was able to go to AM740 website and stream their audio by clicking on the Listen Live link which opened WMA on the device. Doesnt seem like I would be able to use WMA for the 610 website though. I emailed their web admin to see if its possible as well.
Try plugging this into your Windows Media Player: http://tuner1.dc1.sonixtream.com/playlists/sportsradio610/sportsradio610KILTAM.asx Edit: Direct link - http://bdcast-infinity-kilt-am.wm.llnwd.net/bdcast_infinity_kilt-am
Woohoo ... that worked ... thanks I was looking at the source code and kept adding KILT-AM after playlist/ Now I can take 610AM with me wherever I go
