[Long Rant] Can anything be done about this?

I'm pretty sure they didn't get the sackers' or cashiers' opinions when they complied that list...

 

Burn the store down and if you get caught, say the manager and you were in on an insurance scam and that he's the mastermind.

Rocket River nailed it. Sounds like an honest mistake and you missed your opportunity to speak up. I wouldn't let this ruin your job if you have no other problems with them.
