For those that don't understand back spasms here is a pretty good read. One thing that surprised me was that overconditioning the abs can actually put more stress on the lower back causing a higher chance of back spasms. Hopefully, they'll keep him out for more than two games. Rushing him back so we can slip into the 7th or 8th seed would be a dumb move.
