    For those that don't understand back spasms here is a pretty good read. One thing that surprised me was that overconditioning the abs can actually put more stress on the lower back causing a higher chance of back spasms. So it's not all about how hard you train but also that you train properly.

    Hopefully, they'll keep him out for more than two games. Rushing him back so we can slip into the 7th or 8th seed would be a dumb move.
