I think we just saw exactly why Mike James was traded. Wtf??

Exactly... Mike James is a punk, and always will be one.... I'm glad he's rotting in Toronto.

I hope the refs also stop giving HIM the ticky-tack calls, and maybe start giving a top-5 player in the NBA some love.

Okay. So maybe this is why Mike James was traded.
Definitely glad he's gone then.

My recap:
Mike James JUSt came into the game..
He drove in with the ball..drew a foul and made a bank shot from about 5 feet away. then he kept on yelling AND 1 AND 1 AND 1..and stared at juwan with a very mean looking face. you could see from far away his face is all hotheaded and staring at a Rocket.
So Juwan gets the ball and walks up to James and throws the ball at his head.

And then they start talking and JVG comes onto the court and players are holding James and Howard back and away from each other and they go to the bench and commercials.

What the heck


Well, nice to see Jon Barry make a 3.

 

Its an NBA problem... not just this game.

Frankly, its one of the major reasons why the NBA is sooooooo far below the NFL, College football, College Basketball, MLB, and Golf in terms of America's national interest.

 

WOW Mike James must really hate Juwan Howard. First, he ended his then teammate's season by crashing into his knee. Now, he caused Juwan to get ejected

totally agree... if i didn't love the rockets so much i wouldn't even watch the nba. basketball and baseball will always be my favorite sports but i can't stand the butchering nba referees do to the game.

Great job by the Rockets fighting back by playing as physical as Toronto is. That b**** Mike James is still bitter about being traded away, so he's talkingn **** and letting out his frustration.

It's a really big loss in Howard, because he's usually our second leading scorer with Yao out, and he helps with the double teaming on McGrady.

Still, you have to send a message that you won't back down, that you are not a sissy, even if it will cause you to be ejected.

Now Swift needs to toughen the hell up and start concerntrating a bit more and make those missed layups of his.

DW is playing good, but we will need at least three players who step up and score if we're going to pull this one out...the Raptors are not a bad team anymore, they're starting to win, and we'll need a team effort tonight, because McGrady is expending way too much energy running around all the Raptors to try and get to the basket.

Go Rox! Oh, and win or lose, I am proud of ya JHo for taking one for the team.

 

A shame Juwan couldn't have stuck around long enough to take out Mike James' knee. Call it payback for last season.

 

Mike James has always been a bitter player, he even showed it in the seventh game by trying to take his frustrations out on the refs after a perfectly clean block by armstrong...this is no different. he always thought houston would be his last stop and when he got traded he felt bitter and is still showing it. Juwon did the right thing and maybe should have done more because you must send a message if someone initiates something or else the whole team will run over you. i just wish him luck if he goes into the paint in the second half and deke is there, it could get ugly.
